返品について

注文確定後に商品の変更・キャンセルはできません。
商品に欠陥がある場合をのぞき、原則として返品・交換は承っておりません。

届いた商品に、誤印刷、破損、欠陥があった場合、大変お手数ですが、破損した商品の画像を10日以内に ryuun5hodo.official@gmail.com まで送信してください。商品の状態を確認し、無料で交換品をお送りさせていただきます。

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to ryuun5hodo.official@gmail.com , then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product is received.
